01What I collect
Yeti Trades Co. (“Yeti,” “I,” “me,” “my”) runs yetitrades.com. This page says exactly what I collect, why, and what I do with it.
I only collect what you give me:
- When you fill out the form: your name, company name, phone, email, trade, service area, and, if you choose to add them, your Google Business Profile link, current website, the software you use, a site you like and a message
- When you sign up for the monthly guide: your email address
- When you email, text or call me directly
That’s all. I don’t track you across the web, and this site doesn’t run analytics or advertising cookies.
02The form
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, the form service for the host this site runs on, and reach me at kyle@yetitrades.com. I use what you send only to reply, to talk about your project, and, if you hire me, to build and look after your site.
Sending the form doesn’t subscribe you to anything. I don’t sell or share your details. I just write back.
The sign-up box in the footer for the monthly guide is separate and opt-in, uses the same form service, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Signing up never adds you to anything else.
03How long I keep it
I keep messages and project details as long as I need them to work with you. Ask me to delete them and I will, within five business days. Email kyle@yetitrades.com.
04Analytics and cookies
This site doesn’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The pages work without storing anything in your browser.
If I add visit counting later, this page will say so, with what it records, before it goes live.
05Other services
Loading a page involves a few other companies, the way it does on almost every website:
- Hosting. The site is served by Netlify, which, like any host, receives standard request information such as your IP address and browser type. Their privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.
- Photos. Some photos on this site and on the portfolio sites are served from Unsplash’s image service, which receives the same kind of request information when your browser loads them.
- Fonts are hosted on this site, so loading them doesn’t contact Google or anyone else.
If your finished website connects to tools like Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Kickserv, ServiceM8 or Square, or to Google reviews and maps, those services may collect their own data under their own policies.
06I don’t sell your data
Period. I don’t sell, rent, trade or share your personal information.
07Your rights
You can ask me to:
- Tell you what I have about you
- Send you a copy
- Correct it
- Delete it, within five business days

08GDPR and CCPA
If you’re in the EU or UK, or in California, you have these rights under the GDPR or the CCPA, and I honor them. I collect very little, don’t sell or share it, and will give you, correct or delete what I have whenever you ask.
09Children
This site is for business owners and isn’t meant for anyone under thirteen. I don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent me something, email me and I’ll delete it.
10Updates
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
