Every Paseo project gets a shared schedule on the first day of construction. Here’s what a typical kitchen looks like.

- 01
Weeks 1–2: design and selections
Drawings, showroom visits, every finish chosen. You’re still cooking.
- 02
Weeks 3–5: ordering
Cabinets built, appliances and fixtures delivered to our warehouse.
- 03
Week 6: demolition and rough-in
The kitchen comes out. Plumbing and electrical are moved, and the city inspects.
- 04
Week 7: drywall and prep
Walls closed, primed, floors prepped.
- 05
Week 8: cabinets
Installed and leveled, then the counters are templated.
- 06
Weeks 9–10: counters, tile, fixtures
Counters set, backsplash tiled, sink and appliances connected, trim and paint.
- 07
End of week 10: walkthrough
Together, with a punch list and a date for every item.
