Aging in place
Built for the next twenty years.
Most of what makes a bathroom work at eighty costs almost nothing if you plan it at fifty-five.
Paseo / Aging in place
What we add.
Invisible now
Blocking in the walls
Solid wood behind the tile where grab bars might go someday. A few hundred dollars now, no tile demolition later.
Every day
A curbless shower and a bench
No step to trip on, a place to sit, and a handheld shower on a slide bar.
Every room
Light and levers
Brighter, more even light, lever handles and comfort-height fixtures.
Plan it now. Thank yourself later.
A Yeti Trades Co. portfolio site
The remodeling site, built in seven days.
Seventeen pages: an interactive budget that shows where every dollar goes, a ten-week schedule, a fixed-price promise with no allowances, and both cities’ licenses shown.
