Do you charge more at night or on weekends?

No. The price on the board is the price at any hour, including holidays. There’s no trip charge and no overtime rate.

What if the job turns out bigger than I described?

The plumber tells you the new flat price on your doorstep before anything is opened. If you say no, you pay the $79 diagnostic and nothing else.

Why are your prices on the website when other plumbers won’t post them?

Because the first question everybody asks at two in the morning is how much this is going to cost, and you should get the answer before you invite someone in.
