How dispatch picks your truck
Eleven trucks start the day in different corners of town. When you call, dispatch sees where each one is and what it’s working on, and sends the closest licensed plumber who can finish the job. You get a two-hour window and a text with the plumber’s name and photo when they leave.
If a wreck on 610 or a downpour pushes the window, dispatch texts you before the window closes, not after.
