Site walk
Before design, we walk the lot with you: slope, sun, wind, snow drift, the view, the fire risk, utilities.

Design with an architect
One of ours or yours. We price the design as it develops, so it doesn’t outgrow the budget.

Fixed-fee or cost-plus contract
Your choice, explained plainly, with our fee in writing either way.

Build
Ten to sixteen months for most homes, with a weekly update and an open book.

Warranty
Two-year workmanship warranty and a walkthrough at eleven months.
