Call before 2. Cold by tonight.
From May through September, every call that comes in before 2 p.m. Arizona time gets a tech the same day. If we miss it, the diagnostic is on us.
How same-day works.
- 01
Call or book before 2 p.m.
Arizona time. We ask four questions so the right parts are on the truck.
- 02
A text when the tech leaves
Name, photo, and a live arrival window.
- 03
Diagnosis, then a price
The $95 diagnostic finds the problem. You get the repair price before anything is replaced.
- 04
Fixed or quoted
Most repairs are done on the spot. If it needs a part we don’t carry, we tell you when it arrives.
Why we turn it off first
If the outside unit is humming but the fan isn’t spinning, the compressor may be trying to start against a dead capacitor. Leaving it on can turn a $195 repair into a compressor. Turn it off at the thermostat and leave it off until we get there.
If you see ice
Ice on the copper lines or the indoor coil means low airflow or low refrigerant. Turn the system to “off” and the fan to “on” to melt it while you wait. Don’t chip at it.
What the 2 p.m. cutoff is for
In July we run every truck until the last call is cold. The cutoff is how we keep the promise honest: anything booked before 2 gets done that day, and anything after gets the first slot tomorrow, from 7 a.m.
Asked about repair.
Is same-day really guaranteed?
From May through September, Monday to Saturday, for calls before 2 p.m. Arizona time. If we don’t make it, the $95 diagnostic is free.
Do you charge more on weekends?
Saturday is a regular day. Sunday is an emergency line with a $95 surcharge, said before we drive over.
It’s getting hotter. Call now.

Sixteen pages: a live same-day cutoff on Arizona time, a repair-or-replace calculator, a rough sizing check, and the ROC license on the home page where Arizona requires it.
