Your claim, your insurer, our photos.
You file the claim. We document the roof, meet the adjuster, and make sure the estimate covers what’s actually up there.
Six steps.
- 01
Free inspection
We document every hit with chalk and dated photos, and tell you honestly whether it’s worth filing.
- 02
You call your insurer
Give them the storm date. They assign an adjuster, usually within a couple of weeks after a big storm.
- 03
We meet the adjuster
On the roof, with our photos. Adjusters are busy after a storm and things get missed: vents, flashing, gutters, the garage.
- 04
Read the estimate together
Insurance estimates use line items and codes. We walk through it and point out anything missing so you can ask for a supplement.
- 05
Depreciation and the deductible
Many policies pay the depreciated value first and the rest after the work is done. Your deductible is yours to pay; Oklahoma law bars roofers from waiving or covering it.
- 06
The roof
Usually one day. Final photos go to you and, if you like, to your insurer to release the held-back depreciation.
What we won’t do
- Act as your public adjuster or negotiate your claim on your behalf. That requires a separate license in Oklahoma.
- Promise you a free roof.
- Cover, waive, rebate or discount your deductible.
- Ask you to sign a contract before you know what your insurer will pay.
If a roofer offers any of those, you’re talking to the wrong roofer.
Start with photos. Ours are free.
